The Ultimate Mega Code is an EMS / ACLS patient simulator created by a full time paramedic. Sharpen your skills at assessing and treating patients. Receive feedback after you finish transporting the patient including tips from lessons learned.

Special focus on:
- ACLS algorithms
- GCS determination
- ECG identification
- 12 Leads to determine STEMI location
- Lung sounds
- Rare cases

What would really happen if you defibrillate the patient complaining of chest pain? You decide how to treat your patient. Want to give the man with SVT some Atropine? Sure, go ahead. Treat each patient however you wish. Your patient, and the family, will respond accordingly.
