By capturing a video of yourself while practicing, Playform will be able to analyze these videos in real-time and to provide you guidelines for self improvement. The workouts plans will support your ongoing improvement. By the end of each of the plans, you will be able to re-measure yourself to track your progress and improvement.

Your player card is your athlete identity. It reflects your skills and capabilities and the improvement you demonstrate by using Playform.
