Smiling Mind and beyondblue have teamed up to create a Mindfulness Meditation tool to help individuals and couples mentally and emotionally prepare for having a baby and becoming a new parent.

What is Mindfulness:
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment. Mindfulness gives you the choice to see more clearly and deal more skillfully with the pressures of being a new or expecting parent.

Who:
This program is for mothers, fathers, single parents and same sex couples.

The Science of Mindfulness:
Written by psychologists and psychiatrists, this program is based on extensive international literature surrounding the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation to reduce stress, manage change and build connection.

The Program:
Mind the Bump provides tailored exercises to mentally and emotionally support you from day one of pregnancy through to 24 months after birth.
