BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにTVirl. IPTV for Android TVを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からTVirl. IPTV for Android TVをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してTVirl. IPTV for Android TVをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてTVirl. IPTV for Android TVのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
