Q: How to enter password in calculator mode?
A: Input your password and press % to finish password input.

Q: What should I do when I forget the password?
A: In calculator mode, if you have input the wrong password for more than 2 times, "Forget passcode" button will appear on the top right corner. click this "Forget passcode" button will send your password to your recovery email address.

Q: I uninstalled app, can I find back my photos?
A: Sorry, all the photos are saved inside the app local storage, they will be deleted with app when app is uninstalled. Please backup your photos before you uninstall the PV app.
If you have purchased the auto cloud backup, and the photos have been uploaded to the cloud, just login with your account, your photos will be downloaded after the app is reinstalled.
