BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにFrozy / Material Design Icon Packを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からFrozy / Material Design Icon Packをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してFrozy / Material Design Icon Packをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてFrozy / Material Design Icon Packのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
