- Create and save your workout plans ahead of time to save.
- Access previous workout metrics including 1RM to inform your next workouts.
- Make use of a large and growing database of exercises with clear instructions.
- Create your own exercises if they do not already exist within the database.

TRACK
- See and track key workout metrics. Want to improve your Bench Press? No problem, we have you covered. Track reps, volume, weight and more to see your progress over time.
- Trying to grow your biceps? Use the built in body measurement tracker to track all of the measurements that matter to you.
- Support for Imperial (lbs) and Metric (kg) weights.

WORKOUTS
- Access key metrics within your workout to inform your weight and rep scheme.
- Automated rest timers for when you want to take the guess work out of your rest periods
- Support for warmup, drop sets and sets to failure.
- Easily switch between reps or timed exercises.
- Swap out exercises if the equipment is not available.
- Share workouts with friends so they can track the same workouts.
