Play Advanced Buteyko on PC
The first level of the app can be done immediately. Signup for a free user account to enable level 2. Signup for the complete Buteyko Breathing course to do all levels (www.advancedbuteyko.com).
Buteyko course participants start with the basics and are guided by a certified ABI instructor to gradually raise their level until they're ready for the most advanced levels. This approach guarantees best results in terms of fitness, general health and reversal of chronic disease.
The Advanced Buteyko course is by far the best way to learn Buteyko Breathing. An activated user account is required to use all features of the app. Contact a Buteyko instructor to get started. More info at www.advancedbuteyko.com.
The app requests access to read your heart rate info in the Apple Health app (optional). This allows us to show you how your heart rate goes up and down depending on your breathing scores.
