Play Autopsy on PC

This app is for people who want to join us in the autopsy suite and see how it's done. This is a "gloves on, in-the-room" experience. The only thing we don't show is the face and other patient identifiers (tattoo's, etc.).

App content: 30 cases organized into mini-videos. Growing content. Quizzes. Discussions. We include a space for live streaming cases, although this is rare, depending on family consent.

All video and photographs are provided by the written consent of the families. Patient and family confidentiality are protected for any and all videographic, photographic and/or other electronic material presented in the app. All material is from casework at Autopsy Center of Chicago. Thank you to the families for sharing the gift of education.

English captions and Portuguese, Spanish and Arabic subtitles in progress. Other languages to be added.

Play Autopsy on PC. It’s easy to get started.

  • Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

  • Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

  • Look for Autopsy in the search bar at the top right corner

  • Click to install Autopsy from the search results

  • Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Autopsy

  • Click the Autopsy icon on the home screen to start playing
