Each of us is different. We have individual tastes, nutrition habits and varying physical activity and workout experience. That’s why we offer you, not only one, but three easy diets and more than 20 fitness workout plans with different level of difficulty.

Easy Diet plan philosophy:
When you work with me, you decide about the direction and pace of change. Choose yourself (or with my help) the level adapted to your expectations and possibilities. At any time, you’re feeling that it is no enough or too much - you can change it.

Diet by Ann - my slimming diet is consistent with Triangle of Power = influence on the body, libido and the mind! Now also in VEGE version!

Home workout philosophy:
Training by Ann is more than 20 home workout plans with workout for women and each of them have 3 different lengths of time. In the app you can also find programs for mens.

- Program START – it’s perfect for those who are just beginning their adventure with physical activity or are back after a break (caused by e.g. a disease or an injury). Thanks to these exercises you will strengthen your whole body and find what you’re capable of!

- Program TX5 – this option will be best if you already have some training experience but lack regularity. Build your physical condition and endurance, and burn fat thanks to the exercises included here, which you should do 5 times a week.

- Program TX7 EASY – if you’ve already got to know the abilities of your body and you are ready for everyday challenge – TX7 EASY is a good choice.

- Program TX7 MEDIUM – regularity and frequency is of utmost importance in training – find it out for yourself with this program. Set yourself specific goals (sculpting your arms or stomach) and see they really are within your reach!

- Program TX7 HARD – do you wish to break your own limits and give you all? Thanks to everyday challenge with this training plan You’ll see everything is possible!

- Program STRONG CORE – you lead a sedentary lifestyle? Take care of your spine so that it serves you as long as possible! Thanks to these exercises you will strengthen your deep muscles of the core, back and stomach which are responsible for correct posture and a straight, healthy spine.

- Program HEALTHY MOM – dedicated to all new moms who want to get back in shape after pregnancy, get a boost of energy and self-confidence.
