Play Tracking Assistant on PC

A useful app that will assist with some weight loss programs such as the Smart Points program. (Not compatible with PersonalPoints)
I personally use the SmartPoints weight loss program so it is designed with this in mind.

### NOTE, The lists within this app are as from Ireland, You should confirm they are similar to the lists in your country before use. ###

Once installed, This app does not require a connection the internet to use any of the calculators or to view the lists. WiFi or Data connections are not required to use the app once installed.

Play Tracking Assistant on PC. It’s easy to get started.

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC
Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later
Look for Tracking Assistant in the search bar at the top right corner
Click to install Tracking Assistant from the search results
Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Tracking Assistant
Click the Tracking Assistant icon on the home screen to start playing
