The Sheiko program is a powerlifting workout designed by Boris Sheiko, coach of the Russian powerlifting program team since the 1990's.
It focuses on the 3 major lifts; Bench, Deadlift, and Squat.
This app is designed to make it easier to follow the workout, allowing you to destroy your previous personal bests.
