DNA Fitness Tracker turns your smartphone into a personal fitness coach, guiding you through the process of crafting an exercise routine that meets your goals and fitness level. Fitness Tracker even works at the level of your DNA, allowing users to take their raw genetic data from 23andMe, AncestryDNA or Family Tree DNA and create personalized fitness reports that will help one exercise right for their genotype.
Whether its professional body building or just improving cardiovascular endurance, DNA Fitness Tracker uses scientifically determined formulas to assess your fitness and develop a personalized exercise program optimized for your height, weight, age, sex and genes!
NEW: Heart rate tracking improves your fitness by training in optimal heart rate zones while simultaneously ensuring you do not exceed your heart rate capacity. The BioStatus heart rate tracking feature makes it easy to stay in your optimal heart rate zone and know when you're approaching unsafe cardiac levels, leading to potentially injurious conditions. Heart Rate Tracking requires a Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate monitor and compatible phone or tablet.
