Welcome to our updated resident app, which has been recently redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up! The resident app provides the most essential components of the BuildingLink resident website. If you don’t see some of the below options, they might not be enabled for your property.
• Track your packages
• Receive push notifications for new deliveries
• Submit amenity reservations
• Submit repair requests
• View your account balance
• Pay your rent
• Request entry for visitors
• View upcoming events and building calendar
• View building announcements
• Post marketplace ads
• Send instructions to the front desk
• Access vendor service forms
• Receive offers and discounts in your area
• View a list of local businesses
• Request valet service
• Show your Resident ID

Note: this app is for residents of BuildingLink-subscribed properties. If you are a manager or employee, please download the “GEO Staff App by BuildingLink.” If your property does not subscribe to BuildingLink, please tell them about us!
