BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにOneUI 2 - Round Icon Packを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からOneUI 2 - Round Icon Packをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してOneUI 2 - Round Icon Packをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてOneUI 2 - Round Icon Packのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
