BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにBarcode QR Code Readerを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からBarcode QR Code Readerをインストールします。
