During each edition of the FIFA World Cup™ and FIFA Women's World Cup™, FIFA invites future hosts, bidders and other sport organisations to participate in the FIFA Observer Programme, which provides a "behind the scenes" look at the day-to-day operational demands of hosting such a tournament. The programme represents one of the key components of the knowledge transfer process, providing a unique opportunity to live, learn and observe real operations through a number of site visits tournament-time.
