Features:
- 3 workouts per week;
- rest between workouts for at least 24 hours;
- 5 sets in one workout;
- rest between sets for 3 minutes;
- the training is completed if the minimum number of pull-ups is performed (otherwise, the training must be repeated);
- at any stage it is possible to change the level (increase or decrease).
