BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

クリックして検索結果からGoclean - データ通信量,アプリ 使用時間をインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してGoclean - データ通信量,アプリ 使用時間をインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてGoclean - データ通信量,アプリ 使用時間のアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
