Step 2 - SET challenge: eg most KMs in 7 days over a combo of running, walking, cycling and swimming.
Step 3 - and GOJOE: do your exercise on your own, in your spare time - the results sync to GoJoe from your Garmin, Fitbit or can be manually added and count towards the team challenge.
Get the result and GoJoe again!
