教育為百年大計，影響著人民的素質與國家的競爭力，而語文教育是其他學科、知識的根基，亦為教育的基礎。《國民中小學九年一貫課程綱要》指出「語文是學習及建構知識的根柢，亦是溝通情意、傳遞思想、傳承文化的重要工具。本國語文為基礎工具，宜循序漸進，培養學生具備：聆聽、說話、閱讀、作文、注音符號應用、識字及寫字的基本能力。」可見語文能力為學習之本，任何學科的學習都需以語文能力為橋樑，帶領學習者進入浩瀚的學海，知識的殿堂。
本APP覆盖了目前南一、康軒、翰林等三種教材版本的所有漢字，并按照學期和课程顺序做展示，方便了學生的使用。
在筆順展示頁面，學生可以查看漢字的筆順演示動畫、注音、發音、部首等信息，還可以點擊頁面右上角的字典圖標，查看完整的漢字解釋，在寓教於樂中慢慢培養學生的學習興趣，提升聽說讀寫的能力。
