How do I start?
We will ask you some health habit questions, to level your strength and provide the most relevant activities. If you have any pains or pathologies like obesity, arthrosis, arthritis, knee pain, back pain or others, you will be able to describe them, so we can give you the right itinerary for you.
Over time we will propose the perfect activities you love to do, like yoga for seniors, pilates at home, dancing at home, exercises with children, exercises for women, leg training, joint exercises, equilibrium exercises, exercises for beginners, etc.
You only need your mobile phone. You will be able to watch these exercises on TV with a Chromecast.
The activities are currently available only in Spanish.
