HiFit 2.0 allows the Smart Body Scale to be used independently of a HiMirror.
Getting your measurement results is quick and easy:
Log into your account on HiFit 2.0.
Tap “Body Measurement.”
Step on the Smart Body Scale.
See your results on the HiFit 2.0 app!
On the Body Overview page, you'll be able to review all measurements: weight, BMI, BFP, BMR, muscle mass, bone mass, TBW, and VFL. Select a specific factor to bring up a historical chart of your progress. A body type is also assigned, to be used as a reference when setting health and fitness goals.
Note: If you used a Smart Body Scale in conjunction with HiMirror Mini, these measurement records can be synced with the HiFit 2.0 app.
