How to go about it

Declare a wish that you want to work on to be fulfilled. This could be better health, greater contentment, happiness or success, or more stillness in your life, for example.

Use your intuition or the arm-length test together with the test cards to identify the blockage that prevents your wish from coming to fruition.

Next select the healing cards that help you overcome your blockage.

Repeat this process with the test and healing cards as often as needed in order to clear all blockages.
