Expenses and Receipts
You can also add expenses for any person, item, service or pet and you can tag receipts or expenses are tax deductible as well as give each expense a category for reporting.

Product Safety Recall Notifications (Vehicle, Furniture, Appliances, Electronics) are included. Our recalls alert to you potential problems. To see how these work, add your car or see our recalls in action by adding a furniture item with Brand ‘Ikea’ with the Model name ‘Malm’. You will see three recalls appear for that bedroom dresser. We will notify you as soon a new recall appears from our records on one of your items.

Every Item or Service has a place for you to add the original receipt, warranty, photos, product details and UNLIMITED NOTES per item.

Add Notes to People, Items and Pets
Add notes about services (insurance documents, cellphone and internet plan details) and these are time stamped.
Pets - Keep vaccination records, add reminders for periodic medication
Cars - Add expenses, vehicle history, mileage, photos, what you repaired, videos and more
Reminders - Add quarterly reminders to change your furnace or water filter

Some typical use examples include:
Clothing: Create a single Item called ‘Clothing’ and add a new note for item, with photos of the tops/dresses and the size for each brand. Every clothing brand has different sizing for so the next time you will know what size fit's you best for that brand.
Cosmetics: Add a note on what cosmetics I like and do not like as well as what I paid.
Pets: Add allergies and a monthly reminder for flea/tick medication in summer months
Small Engines: Things like last oil change date, spark plug number and repairs bills.
Race Cars: Add notes on the car's track setup for each race and track as well as the tire pressures and track temperatures for the day. This will help determine the setup for the next race or the next time at the track. Take photos of time sheets so I can compare them for the next race.
Boats: Set reminders to check gear oil in the fall and add the warranty for accessories such as trolling motor, bilge pump etc.. Added a note which includes insurance or fishing card.
Routers and Internet: Added the IP address and password for the wifi hardware and set-up guide as well as the warranty and receipts.
