The "21 Days" will help you get rid of bad habits and learn new, good ones.To succeed, you must learn to develop and maintain good habits. You need discipline, courage and hard work to keep those habits for a long time. The theory that the habit is learned in 21 days comes from the book of surgeon Dr. Maxwell Maltz. Repeating the desired behavior for 21 days will make this behavior to become your habit. The application will help you:

* Track your progress - You will be asked to update your progress each day
* Reminders - The 21 Days application reminds you of your challenge
