the level of information seen by each user profile.

Please be aware that to use this application you must be running at least Merlin v129, and the Android Communication Server Module is required. Please contact your Account Manager for further information.
If your device has no hardware scanner the ZXing Barcode Scanner app can be installed.

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for Merlin CRM in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install Merlin CRM from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Merlin CRM
