BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにAnimated 3D Weatherを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からAnimated 3D Weatherをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してAnimated 3D Weatherをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてAnimated 3D Weatherのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
