It can play and record many streams formats:
- Protocols : RTSP, RTMP, HTTP, ...
- Video formats: MP4, MKV, AVI, FLV, TS, ....
- Codecs: H264, MPEG-4, AAC, MP3, ....
Provides settings to enhance playing:
- control latency
- hardware acceleration
- use internal or external player

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for Stream Play in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install Stream Play from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Stream Play

Click the Stream Play icon on the home screen to start playing
