Everyone deserves to be safe in their intimate relationship. That’s why the researchers created myPlan to help women, and the friends who care about them, learn about healthy and unhealthy relationships and find personalized information and resources.

myPlan is designed based on research with female-identified survivors of relationship abuse (in opposite-sex or same-sex relationships) and their friends. Though all genders experience relationship violence, at this time myPlan is not validated for all genders though we hope to include EVERYONE in the future. Please know that no one deserves abuse. Safety Note: Once you download the app it is password protected to keep your information safe. But be aware that if your partner checks your phone or monitors your phone activity, having an app about relationship abuse could put you at risk. If you are concerned about a partner discovering the app, delete it when you are done with it, but know that for most phones it’s not possible to delete the app from your purchase history.
