Enneagram is derived from the Greek, i.e. ennea (nine) and gram (patterns). The original 'Enneagram' is a set of spiritual knowledge, used by the master disciples to identify the personality types and provide spiritual guidance to enhance their personalities.

Enneagram is a kind of management tool used to understand people. It has two functions: one is for self-understanding so as to find out what should be improved; the second is to understand others in order to communicate with them more effectively. There are nine types of personality, namely,

(3) Achiever
(4) Individualist
(5) Investigator
(6) Loyalist
(7) Enthusiast.
(8) Challenger
(9) Peacemaker
