BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

Googleサインインを完了してMyMTNをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合
