Poesi offers a collection of German poetry from the Middle Ages all the way to the 20th century. Thus, it is a great resource for learning and mastering the German language. The app contains over 1000 poems, all carefully selected and in quotable form for scientific use. You can find the original German versions of poems by Goethe, Schiller, Heine, Eichendorff, Hesse, Lasker-Schüler and many more – the collection is constantly growing. Poesi also features a full-text search, filtering options as well as both a „Random poem“ and a „Poem of the day“ function. The underlying database is accessible offline and new poems can by synchronized free of charge.
