Play RACC Assistance on PC
- Choose the service you need: roadside, medical or home assistance.
- Together with your request, we will automatically receive your details and location, and we will organise the necessary help as soon as possible.
- Follow the evolution of the service on your screen at all times.
- In case of breakdown assistance, check the location of the unit that is coming to help you on the map, as well as the expected time of arrival.
- Assess the received service with your comments and help us to improve.
Moreover, the App allows you to:
- Check the record of the services requested with the App.
- Make calls to the RACC whenever you need information or if you have no data transmission available.
