The "Body Workout" app is a variation of High Intensity Training "7 Minute Workout", whose origin lies in the famous circuit training. After a warm-up different exercises to be completed in the prescribed time, which are all extremely sweaty and exhausting.
 
In one study, sports scientists assure the Human Performance Institute in Orlando that twelve exercises a day are sufficient to build muscle and to bring the body in top shape. So far you train endurance and strength often separated, which take much longer to complete. But a high intensity interval workout will bring the same success in training as an extensive endurance training - in significantly less time.
