Softworks time and attendance, scheduling and absence management mobile app allows employees to clock in and out on their smart phones wherever they are and includes their GPS location. To enable this application your business must already use Softworks Solutions.

Using Softworks Mobile Employee Self Service employees can;
• Clock In or Out (with GPS location).
• View rosters /work schedules.
• Book absences and holidays/vacations.
• View balance details in relation to leave entitlements, clocking history and current flexitime balances.
• View Team Calendar.
• Receive email alerts when requests are made, approved or rejected.

Line managers and supervisors can easily view their team’s time sheets and approve or deny absence requests with the click of a button.

  • Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

  • Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

  • Look for Softworks Self Service App in the search bar at the top right corner
