Play Deployment Tracker on PC
Created because the current options for Android are quite outdated.
Now supports syncing to the cloud!
It is still in development, and will receive new features via updates. There may also be bugs. If you get a force close, please submit the report!

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for Deployment Tracker in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install Deployment Tracker from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Deployment Tracker

Click the Deployment Tracker icon on the home screen to start playing
