Did you know that science shows that practising mindfulness can have a powerful effect on

You might learn more than you expected within this app. Why? Because it draws on both Western psychology as well as Eastern mindfulness practices. Many people find stress relief in learning how to practice this.

Mindfulness: The Art of Being Human (lite) has two guided mindfulness tracks. These meditations are suitable for all. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who has had some experience to meditation already.

This mindfulness app was researched and written by Reuben Lowe, founder of Mindful Creation and co-founder of ACT on it, a charity for young people.

Mindfulness: Being Human (Lite)をPCでプレイ

  • BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

  • GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。(こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません)

  • 右上の検索バーにMindfulness: Being Human (Lite)を入力して検索します。

  • クリックして検索結果からMindfulness: Being Human (Lite)をインストールします。

  • Googleサインインを完了してMindfulness: Being Human (Lite)をインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

  • ホーム画面にてMindfulness: Being Human (Lite)のアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
