Yandex.Drive – an innovative carsharing service

It gives you access to thousands of cars instead of just one. You can drive around a city and its surrounding regions, carry cargo, or just ride. Yandex.Drive operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan. Our fleet contains 10,000 vehicles in more than 10 models – including the Range Rover Velar, the seven-seat Volkswagen Caravelle, and the Citroën Jumpy cargo van.

You don’t have to waste a minute on maintenance – taking care of the cars is our responsibility. We clean, refuel, and repair them, and we also pay for parking. If a car is towed, it’s our job to rescue it from the impound lot. All of our cars are covered by comprehensive car insurance and third-party liability insurance. More importantly, the lives of drivers and passengers are also insured.

Most of the cars run Yandex.Auto, a multimedia platform featuring Alice voice assistant and Yandex.Navigator. You can remotely warm up the car before your ride. If you need a child safety seat, use the filter to find one of 300 cars that have one on board.

Car fleet
Car brands available through Yandex.Drive: Hyundai, KIA, Renault, Škoda, Audi, Genesis, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, Range Rover, BMW and Volvo. You can also drive Porsche Macan or the seven-seat Volkswagen Caravelle. Our Citroën Jumpy comes in handy when you need to move a couch across town.

Pricing
Yandex.Drive has a flexible pricing scheme. Prices depend on car availability, demand, time of day, and other factors. You can book a car for a few minutes, a few hours, or the whole day – and we offer rates for each of these scenarios. You can also use the Fixed Price feature to see the charge before driving. If you have a Yandex.Plus subscription, you will 12% off business class cars, and 5% off all other cars.

Insurance
The price you pay for your trip already includes comprehensive car insurance, third-party liability insurance, and life insurance. Should anything happen to the car through the driver’s fault, the maximum liability for an insured event won’t exceed 30,000 rubles. The lives of the driver and passengers are insured for 2 million rubles, with third-party coverage expanded to 1.5 million rubles.

To rent a Yandex.Drive car, simply start a chat with our bot and go through the quick and easy registration process. Yandex.Drive is available to drivers over the age of 21, with 2+ years of driving experience and no driving restrictions.
