Whenever there is a suspicious activity in bobville, Bob is behind it. Life has become boring for bob as his mischievous instincts are looking for some fun but his activities are no more secret for the people of his town. His new target is Scary Neighbor, a new resident moved to the town. Now he can play all kind of fun activities on the new resident. People do not know what was about to come.
