Play Calisthenics Workout on PC
Calisthenics Workout ist THE app for your bodyweight workout needs, if you want to create custom workouts and exercises just like you wish to.
Supporting different workout and exericse types, as well as settings for rounds, pauses and countdowns you can create exactly the workout you need to progress.
You can perform circuit, set and superset (more to come) workouts using the exercises from the preset database with over 100 different exercises, or you can create custom exercises to use.
The app leads you through the workout so you can focus on your reps and don't have to worry about keeping track. For each exercise the count is tracked so you can compare your performance and see where you improved.
If you just want to keep track of the exercises done during a free session you can use the Counter to write everything down and save it when you are finished. (Pro)
Or you use the build-in timer, countdown or interval timer to perform timed exercises freely.
To keep an overview of your workouts you have the Workout History with a Calendar view, making workout planning easy. You can also set reminders for specific days to keep you on track. (Pro)
To further improve your training you can calculate your energy needs with the Calorie Calculator and improve your nutrition. (Pro)
To keep your custom workouts and exercises, as well as your workout history save you can use the backup-feature to save and restore it at local storage or at Google Drive.

BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。(こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません)

右上の検索バーにCalisthenics Workoutを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からCalisthenics Workoutをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してCalisthenics Workoutをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてCalisthenics Workoutのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
