BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにWiFi信号強度メーターを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からWiFi信号強度メーターをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してWiFi信号強度メーターをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてWiFi信号強度メーターのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
