Play Russian Orthodox Calendar on PC

Full Russian Orthodox Calendar application from the Azbyka.ru portal. Includes the lives of the saints, history of the feasts and icons for each day of the year.

It also displays the fasting rules and period of the year information, for any day, past and future. Links to daily readings and the typicon are provided. Optionally, navigate to any day, past or future, on a date basis or in regard to the paschal period.

Notifications can be set so that one is reminded of the feasts celebrated the next day.

Does not require internet connection, so it will display the feast, or the saints of the day, even if you are on Sinai or Mount Athos.

One should not rely too much on the fasting info displayed, talk to your priest instead.

Please note that the application is in Russian language only, and it follows the old calendar!
