BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

Googleサインインを完了してHalloween Live Wallpaperをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてHalloween Live Wallpaperのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
