This is a theme. This is not a separate application. This app work only with SmartLauncher, you can download it from here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.flowerfree. Install Smart launcher first, then this SLT Theme.
After installation switch theme in settings / preferences
preferences —> personalization —> Global Theme —> SL Theme NEW YORK
How to change custom icons
long press icon > than will pop up menu> select Edit icon > From Icon Packs > select NEW YORK Theme
than wait 2sec. and you will see all icons

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーにNEW YORK Smart Launcher Themeを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果からNEW YORK Smart Launcher Themeをインストールします。

Googleサインインを完了してNEW YORK Smart Launcher Themeをインストールします。※手順2を飛ばしていた場合

ホーム画面にてNEW YORK Smart Launcher Themeのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
