BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

ホーム画面にてViewCaller - Caller ID & Spam Blockのアイコンをクリックしてアプリを起動します。
