BlueStacksをダウンロードしてPCにインストールします。

GoogleにサインインしてGoogle Play ストアにアクセスします。（こちらの操作は後で行っても問題ありません）

右上の検索バーに24 Secondsを入力して検索します。

クリックして検索結果から24 Secondsをインストールします。
