You can set posts to private or public, so if you're not ready to share to the world, the timeline can also be used as a personal log. Training alone pushes down motivation, but with others, you're bound for great fitness!

- Running (Walking) Function -
Fysta’s got the basics of goal setting: distance, pace, and time. Whether you are just going out for a walk, or preparing intensely for that marathon, set your goals accordingly. The Running (Walking) function also includes Voice Guidance to confirm current pace and distance without having to reach for your phone. And of course, the GPS function is included to check your position in the world; so go out and find those new tracks! Those adventures will all be recorded as logs within the app, and that data is then combined with that of other workouts so you can analyze your overall fitness level.

- Leave weight management to Fysta -
Check this: just complete one tedious task of recording your daily weight, and you will be able to see your progress through workout histories and graphs at a glance!

Don’t forget to set notifications, because Fysta allows you to customize them by choosing days of the week, as well as the time of day you plan to exercise. Periodic reminders will be sent through notifications so you won’t come short of your daily/weekly fix of exercise.
