Play Repeat Player on PC
I assure that It has very simple functions and very useful to repeat audio partially.
I hope It will be helpful for smart phone users by using the RepeatPlayer, however I made it personally.

Play Repeat Player on PC. It’s easy to get started.

Download and install BlueStacks on your PC

Complete Google sign-in to access the Play Store, or do it later

Look for Repeat Player in the search bar at the top right corner

Click to install Repeat Player from the search results

Complete Google sign-in (if you skipped step 2) to install Repeat Player

Click the Repeat Player icon on the home screen to start playing
