- Customers who have problems with the Lotte Cinema application login function or payment can receive quick and detailed guidance by contacting the customer center (1544-8855) with the Lotte Cinema ID, device information, date of occurrence, and specific phenomenon.
2. App update or installation error information
- Due to errors in the Google Play Store itself, app updates or initial installation may not proceed properly.
- Please delete data and cache in [Settings - Applications - Google Play Store - Storage] on your mobile phone device and try again.
3. Information regarding application inability to run
- The application may not run on some devices due to problems with the Android webview system.
- Instructions for taking action will be provided through the URL below, so please refer to this when using the application.

- To comfortably use the Lotte Cinema mobile app, we recommend installing it in an Android OS 8.1 or higher environment.

2. Instant reservation

3. Baro Ticket
- Immediate entry with ‘Direct Ticket’ without printing a ticket
4. Baropopcorn
- Manufacturing begins immediately after ordering, ‘popcorn right away’ without waiting in line.

1. Required access rights
- Device and app history: Error correction and usability improvement
2. Optional access rights
- Notifications: Choose whether to receive notifications of major events and benefits
- Location information: Select whether to use a nearby movie theater (ticket reservation, instant popcorn)
- Camera: Access when reading QR code/barcode information, select whether to use photo or video file upload when making 1:1 inquiries
- Photos, media, files: Upload photos and videos when making 1:1 inquiries to the customer center, select whether to use them when logging in (sending informational push messages)
- Address Book: Select whether to gift tickets to my coupon box or use store gifting
* Even if you do not agree to the optional access permission, you can use the service excluding the functions of the permission.
